"The 国家最新新闻网US military attack on Venezuela and the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, have laid bare the true nature of the US," according to Isaura Diez, China correspondent for the Latin American news agency Prensa Latina.
Diez added that as the international order established after World War II continues to fracture, Latin American countries should neither accept nor validate US actions as a norm.
